Optimo Agency Pty Ltd

("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ReviewMate website and related services.

By accessing or using ReviewMate, you agree to be bound by these terms and applicable Australian laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.


1. Services Provided

ReviewMate helps businesses collect and manage customer reviews through SMS automation, AI assistance, and integration with platforms such as Google.


2. Eligibility

To use this service, you must:

Be at least 18 years oldOperate a legitimate business entity in Australia or another permitted regionNot use the service for deceptive or unlawful practices


3. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.


4. Payment Terms

Initial setup feesandmonthly subscriptionsare outlined in your signed sales agreement or on our website.All prices are inAUDandexclusive of GSTunless otherwise stated.Payment must be made via approved methods. Overdue invoices may result in service suspension.


5. Cancellations and Termination

Clients may cancel by providing 14 days' written notice after the minimum term.Optimo Agency may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these terms or unlawful use.


6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for spam or fake reviewsBreach theSpam Act 2003 (Cth)orPrivacy Act 1988 (Cth)Interfere with the platform’s functionality or security


7. Intellectual Property

All workflows, software, and branding developed by Optimo Agency remain its property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for the duration of your active subscription.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Australian law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential lossYou agree to use the platform at your own riskWe do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes


9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of
